The Board of Directors is holding its meetings from 7.00 - 8.00pm at the Snow Branch of the CRR Library, 8740 Courthouse Rd, Spotsylvania, VA
If no election is held, the October meeting may be cancelled.

The park with benches and picnic tables for family fun and a beautiful playground for the kids to enjoy are available from dawn to dusk. The playground was outfitted with new equipment in the spring of 2024. The pavilion is available to all residents in good standing with the HOA. It can be reserved for your special occasion.
The pool is open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. You can enjoy several late night swims throughout the season. Lifeguards are always on duty. More information regarding the pool can be found here.
