We are the board of the Holleybrooke\/Cobblestone HOA division. We are unpaid volunteers, and although we do our best, errors may appear in this privacy policy. Our intent is to inform you. We are using a host that automatically updates the website security, however you are choosing to accept any liabilities that might happen with your data by continuing to access this website. In addition not all of the information contained on this page may be relevant. This is a standard privacy policy form.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We do not currently allow comments to be displayed on this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, when visitors sent any type of contact\/reservation form, we may collect the data shown in the form, as well as the visitor\u2019s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you upload images to the website (for example if you are filling out the yearly pool form online), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We do not put the images from the pool form on our website, so unless you are using compromised internet that allows a 3rd party to intercept the data, this should not affect you, but you should still be aware of this and practice safe uploading. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you leave a comment on our site (and possibly when you fill out a contact form) you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
