The Board of Directors is holding its meetings from 7:00 – 8.:00pm at the Salem Church Branch of the CRR Library, 2607 Salem Church Rd, Fredericksburg VA\u200b – The Room it is held in varies but it will be held in Room 1 for the remainder of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The park with benches and picnic tables for family fun and a beautiful playground for the kids to enjoy are available from dawn to dusk. The playground was outfitted with new equipment in the spring of 2024.  The pavilion is available to all residents in good standing with the HOA.  It can be reserved for your special occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pool is open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. You can enjoy several late night swims throughout the season.  Lifeguards are always on duty.  More information regarding the pool can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community Events are a great way to meet and spend time with your neighbors.  More information and signup sheets can be found here<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
