What We Offer:
The Board of Directors is holding its meetings from 7:00 – 8.:00pm at the Salem Church Branch of the CRR Library, 2607 Salem Church Rd, Fredericksburg VA – The Room it is held in varies but it will be held in Room 1 for the remainder of 2026.

Financial Reports are presented during the Board meetings. They are also found on the Signature Property Website. Full financial reports can be reviewed upon request by contacting HOA management and arranging a meeting.
The park with benches and picnic tables for family fun and a beautiful playground for the kids to enjoy are available from dawn to dusk. The playground was outfitted with new equipment in the spring of 2024. The pavilion is available to all residents in good standing with the HOA. It can be reserved for your special occasion.
The pool is open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. You can enjoy several late night swims throughout the season. Lifeguards are always on duty. More information regarding the pool can be found here.

Any questions or concerns related to street repairs and maintenance, including snow removal, should be directed to VDOT.
